Peter McClory, Tree Creature Drawing (no.4), Graphite on Paper
This pencil drawing (below) was produced with a flying theme in mind. The style was initially inspired by Arists such as Escher and Dali.

Peter McClory, Flying Theme, Miniature Pencil Drawing on Paper, 12cm x 12cm
Amazingly, as I looked into miniature art in more depth, I came across remarkably similar early examples of a similar style in work to my own from the 5th Century AD. These included The Ambrosian Ilyad and the Vatican manuscript of Virgil.

Peter McClory, Photo Montage view of London Bedsit in Elephant and Castle, Original Colour Print (1/1), 40cm x 40cm
This photo-montage was created with a loaned digital camera which took a 3.5 inch disks as opposed to memory cards (maximum 8 photos per disk!) It took a long time to transfer all 90+ images into PhotoShop. The final composition was printed in segments onto 6 sheets of A4 and carefully arranged together onto a large A2 sheet.

Peter McClory, Ghost and Cuckoo, Miniature Pencil Drawing on Paper, 12cm x 8cm

Peter McClory, Armchair Mike, Printing Ink and Emulsion on Thick Paper, 1.5m x 2m
This is one of several large paintings created in a broken-down graffiti style. First I started with a sketch that was drawn quickly, the foremost idea was to focus on conveying the general feel of what was can be captured in the blink of an eye.
The colours and paint was chosen to emphasise the primary lines created in the original sketch. This particular painting style was developed into a series of paintings, some of which can be seen on some of these portfolio pages.
